報名與預訂

每週二開放下週活動報名，並於週三截止。有效訂閱者必須在此期間內完成報名以確保活動席位。所有報名必須透過 Pop Circle 平台進行；透過其他平台的報名可能會被拒絕且無法退款。

活動

活動通常於每週三舉行，活動時間約為兩小時。確切地點將於活動當天通知。我們致力於選擇平均消費金額約為 10 至 30 美元的場地。參加者需自行承擔所有個人開銷，包括餐點、飲料或其他額外費用。

為確保活動順利進行，我們保留在活動前調整小組成員或其他活動細節的權利，且無需事先通知。Pop Circle 對於活動場地發生的任何事項，包括但不限於爭執、受傷或帳單金額等情況，概不負責。

在活動開始前 72 小時內所購買的活動門票將不予退款。

條款修改

Pop Circle 保留隨時修改本使用條款之權利。條款修改後，將於本平台上發布並立即生效。若您繼續使用本平台，即視為同意並接受修改後的使用條款。

Introduction

Welcome to Pop Circle! Pop Circle Inc., a company registered in Taiwan, owns and operates this site. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions by accessing or using our platform.

Registrations and Reservations

Registrations for events open every Wednesday for events occurring the following week and close next Sunday. Active subscribers must complete registration during this window to secure their spots. All registrations must be made exclusively through the Pop Circle platform; registrations made via other platforms may be declined and are non-refundable.

Events

Events are held on Wednesdays and typically last approximately two hours. The exact event location is shared on the day of the event. We strive to curate locations where the average cost ranges between $10 to $30. Participants are individually responsible for their expenses, including any meals, drinks, or additional purchases.

For the smooth running of the event, we reserve the right to modify group compositions or other event details with limited notice. Pop Circle is not liable for occurrences at the event venue, including but not limited to disputes, injuries, or discrepancies in billed amounts.

Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event start time.

Modification of Terms

Pop Circle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication to our platform. Continued use of Pop Circle following such updates signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
